I’m going to clean my HP 1018’s pickup roller using instruction below:

It’s mentioned above to use “isopropyl alcohol”, can I use ethanol alcohol to do it?

Ethanol usually has too much water in it, and can leave a residue. Use isopropyl. Don’t worry, it’s cheap.
