“Prescription drugs are most often sought to ease depression, yet many people feel they have felt little relief, and searched for a more natural way to improve their lifestyle living with depression.” I’m writing a research paper about how natural remedies are better than taking medication. I talk about various alternatives instead of dangerous medicines.
