On April 14, 2007 I came across this group of Christians singing and distributing food to the poor, near the Calgary Drop-In & Rehab Centre Society. In the background is the Langevin bridge which leads to Edmonton Trail NE.

I haven’t had a tremendous amount of time to shoot this week, so I’ve been relying on the trusty iPhone to grab a snap when I could (case in point – this one was taken in-between classes on campus).

Spring quarter started.
I have a very sick pet that I’m caring for.
I have a second very sick housemate that comes home this weekend from the rehab center.

I try to grab the pleasant moments when I can. Sometimes, a few minutes lying on a warm, grassy hillside in the spring can work wonders on the soul.
