I haven’t gotten sentenced yet. I’ve been on Pre-sentence Investigation for about 3 months.

I was charged with my crime about 9 months ago.

I’ve received the Pre sentence Results. ” Their Recommendation”

Based upon a dual analysis to determine proper punishment.

The suggested 1 year probation and counseling.

I Believe I have not been thoroughly examined.
I haven’t had a psychological evaluation.

I’ve taken one on a similar charge 2 years ago and never received the results.
I believe I do not require drug counseling and urine tests because

They didn’t interperit my diagnosis right. According to my sources I could have been under neurological stress at the time i took my test and could still be now.

Please help me as I have thought I never had confidence alot of this time and my life. I feel like I’ve been kicked around.
