5 no. prop 5 is redundent it claimes we don’t have drug rehab programs for minors I know for a fact we do. may be the communities in CA need to examine the charities that already exist locally I know of at least 3 with in 10 miles that handle youth , troubled youth runaways , and another 4 that are dedicated drug rehab centers . run by private charities 6 yes. it’s the touh on gangs satute.. it includes in it denial of bail for illegal aliens who have commited violent crime. www.voterguide.sos.ca.gov
