Questions About Emancipation? Help Please? 10 Pts?

Alright. So, first let’s start off with can-I-even-get-emancipated-or-seperated-from-my-gurdian.
I have runaway charges, alcohol and tabaco charges, and i have pending charges for unautherised use of a motor vechical and possession of weed.
Those charges are from Ohio, and I have been to rehab and I have been clean for over 5 months and have not broken any laws and I am on probation. I went to rehab and I am in an outpatient rehab. After I finished rehab my parent’s gave custidy to my grandparent’s. So now I live in Texas.
So am I allowed to file for emancipation? (I am not wanting this because I want to do drugs or even because I want to live on my own and forget my family. This is what I am going to try if my parent’s won’t try to take me back.)

Next question,
What are reason’s the judge let’s you get emancipated? Like does it have to be hardcore abuse? (I’m not being abused but my grandpa did leave a bruise on my arm and this is the second time.)

Next is, I know to get emancipated you have to prove you can live on your own. Well I’d stay in school and I would find a place to live and I don’t have a job (but my grandparents won’t let me get a job, and another question is that when I file for this would the judge give me time to prove that I can get a job and all?)

Next, can you move out of the state when you get emancipated? Also with this question is, are you allowed to live with people?

Next, would it help my case if I said I would be willing to keep in the 12-step-program and get a sponser and submit to drug and alcohol test?

So I guess the last question would be,
How would I go about getting emancipated? Like, how do I file for it and such?
