Rehab or Mental Institutions for Teens Today, for a Book?

i got an idea for a book a little while ago from a dream i had (and it has always kinda interested me) and i need to know kinda how mental institutions or rehab centers for teens would be run today. not for like addiction to drugs/alcohol, but for like anorexia and cutting (those are the things the 2 main girls suffer from) like what routines would they have to do daily, what would they be allowed to have/not have, what activities could they do, schoolwise what goes on, visitors, could they leave? like on trips would that happen? i don’t know much about them and i want to make it accurate. if someone has their own experience or just knows information from someone they know, or they just know a real place or a site that can point me in the right direction i would really appreciate it.
