Suspicions Raised Over Deadly Kazakh Fire – 14 Sept 09
At least 37 have been killed in a fire at a drug rehabilitation centre in Kazakhstan. The government has ruled out the possibility of arson, but suspicions were raised over the incident at the centre, which apparently has a history of safety violations.
