I Need an Affordable Inpatient Drug Rehab Place for My Brother. Does Anyone Know What I Should Do?

I Am Trying to Get Help for My Brother. He Needs to Go to Rehab for Drug and Alcohol Abuse & Has No Insurance.

He has said that he wants to get help, but rehab costs $10,000 for a regular facility. (not a celebrity rehab….just a regular place) Does anyone know how to get treatment w/o insurance and w/o costing that much money? I hate to see him not get the help he needs because it costs too much money.

My brother is an alcoholic and a drug addict and he lives in San Fransisco. He is unemployed and has no where to live so my mom bought him a plane ticket to come to Ohio for a few weeks.
