CEBU CITY — Nine employees of the Cebu Provincial Capitol tested positive in the random drug test done Monday afternoon as part of Cebu Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Commission (CPADAC) campaign against illegal drugs.

SOME 200 Capitol employees, including Gov. Hilario Davide III, underwent a random drug test yesterday afternoon, as part of Cebu Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Commission’s (CPADAC) campaign against illegal drugs. The governor and Provincial Board (PB) Member Carmen Remedios Durano-Meca volunteered to go first.
