Pearson Is Exclusive Educational Distributor of ServSafe Alcohol? Training Program

The National Restaurant Association announced today that it has signed an agreement to make Pearson the exclusive academic distribution partner for the Association’s ServSafe Alcohol® program. The ServSafe Alcohol training materials instruct restaurant and foodservice employees on responsible alcohol service, including alcohol law, recognizing and preventing intoxication, checking identification, and managing difficult situations. Pearson began taking ServSafe Alcohol orders April 1, 2010.
