do stress centers even exist? i guess im looking for kind of like a rehab but not for drugs or alcohol… i’m just at the end of my ropes at this point in life and i don’t want suicide to have to be my way out.. i know i should face my problems but they seem too overwhelming right now, i just need to find myself first.. thank you so much for your help..
