Too Busy?

Created on March 16, 2010. Too busy to attend AA or NA? We all have very busy lives with not another minute in the day to do anything else. If you attend AA/NA along with group therapy or have AA/NA attendance as part of your treatment plan you should make every effort to attend. Evidence Based Research shows that there is a relationship between attendance in Group therapy and AA/NA attendance and higher incidence of sobriety and continued sobriety.
