WestBridge Community Services What We Do and Who We Are
Welcome to westbridge.org, where you can learn all about WestBridge and what we’re doing to improve the lives and mental health of those we serve. As you explore the site, you’ll learn about our dual diagnosis program expertise; we specialize in helping and treating those that simultaneously suffer from mental illnesses and substance abuse problems. We employ integrated dual diagnosis treatment developed by the Dartmouth Center for Evidence Based Practices, which means that our therapies for mental illness and substance abuse complement and strengthen one another, rather than contradict each other. Our mental health residential treatment facilities are amazingly serene and comfortable, providing the ideal setting for effective rehabilitation. If you’re currently seeking treatment for schizophrenia, drug addiction or any combination of mental illness and substance issues for yourself or someone you love, we encourage you to explore our site for more details. At WestBridge, we provide support and treatment for individuals and their families that live with both mental illness and substance use issues. WestBridge utilizes Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment to address co-morbid disorders concurrently in order to maximize an individual’s recovery and wellness. Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment helps people recover by simultaneously offering mental health and substance use services in one setting. The same team of clinicians provides a personalized Achievement Agenda for both mental health and substance use problems. A wide variety of services are offered in a stage-based fashion. Whether our participants are staying at our men’s residential facility, The Commons, or in the Manchester, NH or Cambridge, MA communities, an integrated continuum of care is thoughtfully provided.
