What Does Customer Service “101” Mean When in a Drug Store?

Does “customer service 101” mean a dangerous person has entered the drug store? Does it mean someone is stealing? Does it mean an undercover service clerk should come and watch someperson?? I have heard it alot lately and was wondering what it means??? Especially in a drug store ????

Every store has it own code system. You have to talk to someone in the store.
