We had been taken away, got 1 ua 4 months ago, And prob one coming soon. We were marked as ” Addicts ” Me and my brother. Then our councilors confirmed that saying we needed drug and alcohol class’s are pointless, What happens if we came up dirty on our next UA? Class’s? Get my dad in trouble? What?
I for one will not be dirty unless i do it on purpose im not 100% sure about my bro, What are the things they can do? Oh by the way, They called us addicts cause we smoked weed. Come on! The cops all 4 cops were laughing when taking us away talkin bout their pot days, Joking with me, And telling me not even mad ” So do you have a medical marijuana card? – Nope not yet_ are you eligable- Yeah multiple conditions_ oh well dude you should get ontop of getting it man it will help you with * Listed conditions * – Yeah i know its the only reason why i tryed it, and found out it helped first hand _ Yeah man i have my own opinion on it and i think its harmless and just fine, I always catch kids smoking it and i only take it away i dont even write em up or call the parents, i believe the way i handle it teachs them good things – Yeah thats really cool dude ( – is i _ is cop )
The courts are currently still asking me what my status on my card is, the judge even told me to get it after i said id never smoke again hes like oh no just get your card you need it. Lol i got the law telling me to smoke! haha but my dad wont get let me cause hes a drug addict getting “Clean” Hes dirty as hell ill tell you, but once i get away from him in 7 months then theyre going to have it all set up to where i can get my card very fast, so just wanted to let you know the history of why im asking, What are the punishments DHS can do to a minor failing a UA?

Don’t do the crime and you won’t do the time. Medical cards are for people who are dying of cancer and the weed helps control the pain.
You don’t qualify or shouldn’t. However, perhaps you can so if you want to space out then get your card if that is available to you. However, much better not to do it at all.
