I have been on a bit of a bender lately…way too much drinking. I want to cleanse my body and start the New Year fresh. Can anyone recommend a good detox?

Water, all of those detox drinks put stress on your kidneys and liver. Just drink water, take a multi vitamin maybe some b12 as alcohol leaches that out of your body, but mainly water.
