What Is the Worst Penalty I Could Receive?

Question by mg2315: What is the worst penalty I could receive?
Just last night i had received a ticket for 3 things. The first was for “Possessed Drug of Abuse”, which was for having marijuana on me. I would say it was probably a total of two and half to three grams; they were in 2 separate bags. I am not a dealer, just my misfortune. Second was for “Possession of Paraphernalia”. I had two pipes in my car; my luck would have it that they weren’t even mine, but oh well. And lastly “Possession of Dangerous Drugs”. This one is the most ridiculous. I had shingles a little over a year ago and got prescribed 800 mg Ibuprofen. I had some left over for when the pains come back so I had them in an unlabeled pill bottle so i got charged for that. Funny part is the bottle they were originally in (still with the sticker with my name on it) was found, but contained one of the pipes found. I was wondering all the possibilities I could get convicted for. My trial is next Tuesday and I’m trying to get a little homework in before I go. This is my very first felony. Well technically second, but the first one was me as a minor and they brought me down to the station and let me go with no charges so I don’t know if that even counts? If asked in court should I tell them about that or just say it’s my only one because the other was me as a minor, and even if charged, it would be expunged the moment I turned 18. Thanks to all who bother reading.
I am also a college student. Will this affect my eligibility for financial aid? As well as I had already turned in my FAFSA for the next year. Since this happened after the submission, will I need to change it if convicted?
