Question by bertha: what kind of alcohol do I use to make “Lemoncello”?
I was in Italy and want to make “Lemoncello”. What alcohol do i use …. grain alcohol is to high proof. Also told to use “organic”lemons. Whole Foods has not had them (and said they were very small, poor quality when they did). Where in Chicago/north suburbs are they?
