Hi – I had Panic Attacks for 29 years including agoraphobia, claustrophobia and goodness know what else I had labelled upon me!

I am now completely panic and everything else free after realising that my Doctors were all wrong – I didn’t have a mental health issue at all – with anythng!

Our bodies can take massive amounts of stress – that’s what we’re built with to deal with life – any life…. but what we are not built to take is the amount of chemicals that are thrown at us in abundance in modern foods and drinks.

I have now proved that every medication I took, every food and drink I had, made me worse!

I am now panic free completely and I’ve even got rid of basal (pre cancerous cells) by changing what I eat and drink.

We are totally bombarded by advertisements, marketing, supermarkets who tell us these processed foods and drinks are ok for us – they are not – they are posionous in abundance to humans.

I was labelled for 29 years with a mental health issue and it was nothing to do with my brain – at all!

Hope this helps you look at things differently – get off the medication please – it doesn’t work – and if it does – it will only work for a while.

Your body is telling you there is something wrong you need to change – you need to look at that and trust me – it is not ‘stress’!!

Best of luck,

I suffer from panics attacks and bouts of agoraphobia. I take Cymbalta and it has helped with my anxiety a lot but I still get in situations where I can not handle things and will end up in a panic. My doctor prescribed me Klonopin for when that happens. It has a calming effect on your brain. Xanax can also be used to treat bouts of panic or some people take it regularly. Usually that’s avoided though because it has addictive qualities. One of my friends takes Xanax regularly because otherwise she can not function because her anxiety gets so bad. Sometimes her hands and arms go numb from it. Lamictal is an overall mood stabilizer that can reduce anxiety and depression in general, it is usually used to treat bipolar disorder. Welbutrin in some cases can treat anxiety quite well but in some cases it actually makes it worse, it didn’t help me. Prozac also made me more anxious than usual. It all depends on the person. Talk to your doctor or go see a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner. Those are the medications I know of off the top of my head that could help.
