What Would Be a Good College for Me Too Attend…?

I’m not really looking at any certain colleges, and I was just wondering what college would be best for me, or any colleges you think would be good for me. Some facts about me:
-I play cello and violin, and very talented with both (not to brag… just stating facts)
-I am a hands-on learner (would that make any difference…?)
-I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to work in rehab centers, with people who abused alcohol, drugs, things like that.
-I’ve got a 3.8 GPA right now, but I’m only in 8th grade…
-I have quite a bit of patience, and I’m a really good listener.
