I’m in the middle of writing a song & i don’t want to use heart twice.
The two times i use heart are
“Your heart i misused/abused” (also can you tell me whether you think misused or abused sounds better?)
&&
“but in your heart i see a crack”
the song is about a girl who cheated but the boy still continues to be with her & love her.
maybe another word for love? i did a lot of dictionary searching but couldn’t find much i felt i wanted.
