Whats the Main Problem?

Marijuana, no deaths, its almost impossible in overdose, you know almost everybody has smoked it, even every single president in the US has smoked it in one point in their life, theres movies that made tons of money based on it, and the only bad part is that it kills brain cells.

Cigarettes, proven to kill, gives bad lungs, contains nicotine; arsenic, methane, butane, hydrogen cyanide which WILL kill you. Even alcohol is just as bad as cigarettes.

But can you tell me why marijuana as all this is still illegal?
have you ever thought how marijuana can destroy a persons life if one person trys it as a teenager then the school finds out and tests him. now he has to be forced to go to rehab center and is labeled as a drug abuser. after experimenting with it.
