I was just there.. But, what was your expierience, I might be going back because of Bulimia.
Im so addicted, I need help… I really dont want to go, i dont want to get fat, but… I know I need to get better.. & its possible i might not being go back..but, still!

Unless you are in a serious health situation, and need help to get stabilized, then I wouldn’t recommend inpatient ED programs. I find that there are too many relapsers, and some people are so impressionable, they actually will learn new “tricks” to continue with their ED.

I myself am seeing a nutrionist near my hometown (in CT) and am practicing the AVRT concept in “Rational Recovery” which has seriously helped me with my binging. (Their website is www.rational.org – I just replace the word alcohol or drugs with food or binge).

If you are in White Plains, NY, and would like to learn more about my nutrionist who specializes in ED, then please contact me. I don’t work for her, but met her while I was inpatient in Silver Hill Hospital getting treated for ED and pill addiction. She has helped me tremendously.
