Why Do So Many Propaganda Myths About Steroids Persist?

Question by LongTermCapitalManagement: Why do so many propaganda myths about steroids persist?
For example: “Steroids will shrink your balls”

Ha! Maybe in the early 70’s, before anyone knew how to stack drugs and develop them into ‘cycles,’ and when people were still using some dangerous and outdated stuff. Rest assured, ‘ball shrinkage’ is NOT a problem with modern formulations and dosages.

“Steroids will give you heart problems”

Again, an outdated problem stemming from steroid ABUSE, not USE. Too much coffee will kill you, too.

“Steroids will make you fly into violent rages!”

Ha! Only if your stack is dangerous and massively irresponsible. Modern stacks are designed to prevent problems like this.

“Steroids will cause acne”

This isn’t the 70’s anymore. Sorry, propagandists.

“Steroids will cause depression”

You can also overdose on water (hyperhydration). But it’s not a concern during responsible use.

“Steroids are dangerous for teens”

Well, only because teens are fairly dumb and don’t know how to stack or dose correctly. Otherwise, false.

Why the myths/lies?
