Why Is Marijuana, Cocaine, Meth and Heroin Illegal?
Question by psychosolodiver: Why is marijuana, cocaine, meth and heroin illegal?
Wouldn’t it make more sense to decriminalize it, tax it and regulate it like alcohol sales?
Notice when alcohol prohibition was repealed in 1933, the crime rate actually went down. Why wouldn’t that be true for other substances?
If making something illegal is suppose to prevent people from trying it, why hasn’t it worked?
