In this blaxploitation classic, Tamara Dobson plays Cleopatra Jones, a United States Special Agent assigned to crack down on drug-trafficking. After she destroys a drug poppy field in Turkey that belongs to the notorious drug-queen, Mommy, Mommy decides to destroy Cleo by first shutting down a drug-rehab center that Cleo sponsors.
